Your personal training sessions will be a bespoke service specifically designed to help you reach your goals. Personal training involves coaching, guiding and supporting you to get the results you want.

 

Your sessions will be high quality, intelligently designed based around years of experience and knowledge from further education that have proven to gets results. Your sessions will be built around you, what you like and need in order to succeed.

Personal training sessions can be taken place at Anatomy 37- where Craig is the Head trainer of the gym, in your home or outdoors (equipment will be provided).

CALISTHENICS WORKSHOPS

Calisthenics are exercises consisting of a variety of body weight movements. These movements can be performed without equipment or using equipment such as rings or bars.

Calisthenics is intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, twisting, or holding, using only one’s body weight for resistance.

Calisthenics when performed as a flow and with variety of exercises can provide the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning alongside improving motor skills such as coordination agility and balance.

During our Calisthenics sessions we train groups of likeminded individuals through various body weight movement flows, as well as learning how to use the bars, basic handstands and ring work.

OBSTACLE COURSE TRAINING

Thinking of taking on a Tough Mudder, The Elements, or even a Spartan race but not sure how to train for obstacle course racing? Personal training sessions looking to improve both cardiovascular and strength that is specific to help you overcome those obstacles and get around the course is what you need.

Craig fell in love with obstacle course racing after his first ever spartan race early 2018. Since then, has been working helping other racers and developing his own training in order to become a better obstacle course racer.

If you are a complete beginner or even want to improve Craig can work with you towards your goal.
