Summers here and we all want to work our abdominals so that we look good on the beach. So here is my Manny Pacquiao Abdominal Workout.

All you need is a mat then perform the following exercises:

Abdominal Crunch

Abdominal Crunch Left

Abdominal Crunch Right

Ankle tap Right

Ankle tap Left

Abdominal Scissors

Abdominal Cross overs

Reverse Crunch

Russian Twist

V Sit
